River Trace has had huge economic impact  and it hasnt peaked

More than 200 jobs have been created and $16.75 million in sales have been reported at River Trace Shopping Center in East Gadsden since the first business opened its doors almost two years ago.

That doesn’t count all the other jobs from other businesses that have opened elsewhere in the city, according to Lesa Osborn, director of the Gadsden Commercial Development Authority.
